If the Rule “Manor Plan” does not exist, this Proposal does nothing.
Add a Subrule to the Rule “Manor Plan” titled “Movement” as follows:
If the Lights are On, a Guest may move to any room on the same floor by updating the GNDT “Location” field with a new room. Additionally, as a daily action a Guest may change their Location to a room on a different floor.
If a majority of the EVCs for this proposal contain the word “stealth” add the following sentences to the end of the “Movement” subrule:
If the Lights are Off, a Guest can move to any room on the same floor by privately informing (PM, email) the Executor of the Location they want to move to. Their Location is not tracked in GNDT but privately noted by the Executor. A Guest cannot move to a room on a different floor if the Lights are Off. When the Lights are turned back On, the Executor will update the GNDT with Locations of any Guests that may have moved when the Lights were Off.
Keep movement fairly non-restrictive when the lights are on. When Lights are off keep movement hidden.
Stealth. I imagine there won’t actually be that many messages, as moving around in the dark will be quite suspicious when revealed.
