If Call for Judgment: Vermillion has been enacted, this CfJ does nothing. If it has not, fail it.
In the rule Tricks, change “For each Trick which is active in the game in their Pocket they score the indicated points” to “For each Trick which is has been claimed in the game in their Pocket they may score the indicated points”..

Verme aside, this would leave whatever games were active when it enacted with the issue still in their Environments.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
