Proposal: Chakra fix

In the sub-rule entitled “Unblocking Chakras”, change “They may also add ‘XX Chakra (YY)’” to “They must then add ‘XX Chakra (YY)’”.

Upon the passage of this proposal, if any Time Monk has unlocked a chakra but not specified which chakra is unlocked as a result in the GNDT, then the unlocking of that chakra is reverted and the dynasty in which the chakra was unlocked becomes unblocked.

Unlocking dynasty 100 was undoubtedly legit, but storing your chakras seems unreasonable and needs to be patched.
