Call for Judgment: Challenging the Challenge

Passes 8-0. - Qwazukee

For the purposes of the current Challenge, if a Contestant posts (or has posted) the Dryness of a room when they should have posted the Integrity, for the purposes of the Challenge it shall be considered as if they had posted the Integrity (this does not change the actual value of the Integrity to the value of the Dryness, but does prevent Contestants from becoming Evacuees because they posted Dryness rather than Integrity).

Well, since NO ONE has managed to successfully barricade a room or pump water, I figured it was worth a CfJ. Certainly, ais523 did not intend for the current situation to come about, and would have preferred it this way rather than the mess we’re in now.

This doesn’t actually fix anything though, we are all still technically Evacuees. We’d also have to fix that problem.

I was thinking this would retroactively make us Remaining Contestants. Do you think it is necessary to make a separate CfJ to make us non-Evacuees? Either way, this is worth passing, if only to prevent others from falling into the same trap as us.

for No proposal may have retroactive application.

This isn’t a Proposal, it’s a CfJ, which can be retroactive in certain instances. I’m not sure that the way I’ve written it works that way, however.
