Proposal: Citizen Soldiers

If the proposal “Local Militia” fails, this proposal does nothing.

Add the following paragraph to the rule “Military Occupations:”

Zahndorf armory is the smallest in the valley, and if there are ever more than two Villagers with Military Occupations, the Mayor may demote one of them to Peasant.

In addition, change the clause “and if they ever become the target of the Werewolves” in that rule to “and if they are ever attacked by the Werewolves.”
