In the Rule entitled “Election”, replace the text

A Candidate’s Total Supporters is the sum total of the Supporters of all Candidates that Endorse them.

On the date 10-4-2008 at 00:00:00 GMT the Candidate with the highest number of Total Supporters who is not in debt, provided there are no active debates, has achieved victory.

with

A Candidate’s Total Support is the sum total of the Supporters of all Candidates that Endorse them.

On or after the date 10-4-2008 at 00:00:00 GMT the Candidate with the highest Total Support who is not in debt, provided there are no active debates, has achieved victory.

Bucky shall not gain any Supporters for the passage of this proposal.
