If Proposal: the nine billion names of god didn’t pass, this one does nothing.

Rewrite the Temples rule, so it reads:

If a Deity has a Incarnation (eir “Incarnation” field in the GNDT has a valid non-null value), then e may spend one point of Quintessence to create a Temple. Each Temple so created shall be listed in the [[Deity Wiki]] as a numerical total under the Incarnation’s name. E.g., if a Deity’s Incarnation is Set and that Deity creates a Temple, then Set is listed as having one more Temple in the Wiki.

Whenever a new Temple is created, it must be located in an existing City. This is noted by the creating Deity in the [[Cities|Cities Wiki]]

If a Deity changes eir Incarnation, e has now as many Temples as that Incarnation has in the Wiki.

Example: Deity Foo has the Incarnation of Quetzaquatl, who has four Temples in the Wiki. Foo changes roles to Vishnu, who has no Temples in the Wiki. Foo now controls no temples, but Quetzaquatl is still listed as having four Temples in the Wiki. If later Deity Bar takes Quetzaquatl as eir Incarnation, Bar would now control the four Temples left with Quetzaquatl.

for Although this does seem to be far too much detail, still, to say that “Temples of Quetzaquatl belong to Quetzaquatl”.
