Amend the rule 2.2 Food Trucks by appending the following:

Each Truck has an Operating Status, which is publicly tracked, defaults to Closed, and may be either Open or Closed. A Truck may change its own Operating Status at any time during the Prep Phase.
A Truck with an Operating Status of Closed may not take any Serve Actions.

Amend the “Queue up” step in the rule 2.3 The Night to read:

Queue up: For each Truck with an Operating Status of Open (in a random order), perform one Sale.

Amend the rule 2.7 Trading Day by appending the following:

; a Closed Action is an action that can only be done in the Serve phase by a Truck with an Operating Status of Closed.
