Declaration of Victory: Closing Time, Every New Beginning Comes From Some Other Beginning’s End

As one Truck has a Performance of at least 8, the dynasty is in a state of Last Call. Given that the dynasty is a state of last Call and there is only one Truck that has a higher Performance than any other Truck, and I am that Truck, I have achieved Victory.

Chiiika openly admitted on the discord to attempting to win share this dynasty

Is that a scam violation of the no mantle passing rule (or count as some other core rules scam, such as against multi accouning)? If it is, does it in any way invalidate this dov?

Honestly not sure on either of those so withholding my vote for now
