Do you mean if a proposal’s *title* contains a movement tag?

I think I’m probably for this. I do wonder the effect it has on proposal resolution — normally once a proposal reaches qurom it can safely pass because it doesn’t matter what other people vote. But with this, a movement proposal paying early could ice out people who didn’t get on on time to vote on it

I don’t like this because it involves timing.

As an admin, I could wait for everyone else to reveal what they want to do, if the Proposal fails, I net information, if I see that its about to pass, I sneak in my Floor X and Enact.

There could also be some shuffling in that, for example, I want to be on the same Floor as someone else but they don’t want to be on the same Floor as me so we’re constantly EVCing

This does seem a bit of a voting soup, if early FOR voters may decide to change their votes (but may not have time to) based on who votes later and what Floors they request. Informally canvassing people and then proposing “move Brendan to Floor 7, Josh to Floor 6…” would be a more straightforward move in the same direction.

[Ienpw III] I’m taking the language in “Tags” as a starting point here; it says (eg) “Votable Matters require the [X] tag in order to (etc),” not “Votable Matters require the [X] tag in their title.”
