Make the following changes to The Round Summary:

Replace “Determine a word or phrase to be the round’s Theme and declare what the new theme is in the Round Post” with

If the new Round is less than or equal to Round 12, determine a word or phrase to be the round’s Theme and declare what the new theme is in the Round Post. (Later Rounds do not have a Theme, and as such Art Submissions may not be made during them)

Replace “If the new Round is at least 2, perform the Atomic Action known as Unveiling Art” with

If the new Round is less than or equal to Round 13, perform the Atomic Action known as Unveiling Art. (Later Rounds do not have a Gallery, and as such Ballot Submissions may not be made during them)

Before “Submit the Round Post to the Blog” add a new step

If the current Round is Round 14, pick the Broker with the most Kudos of all Brokers (randomly picking one tied for the most if their is a tie) as the Star Broker and share their name on the Round Post. The Star Broker has achieved Victory in the current dynasty.
