To the bulleted list in “Pushing”, add (after “Word Glue”):-
25 - Ruleset Collision - When Pushing the Katamari, the Prince doing so may remove 5 entries from the Katamari’s Contents. If they do, they may remove a single dynastic rule from the ruleset if its text contains one of the removed entries (unless doing so would cause a term used by another dynastic rule to become undefined).
Well it makes it super easy to make the Katamari sub 25. I think that the rule removal is fairly limited, i.e. removing only rules with nouns that were in the Katamari. It seems a little undercosted to add in rule removal and noun removal on top of the pushing action though. 
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
