In “Command Actions”:
- Replace
As a Command action a CIC may assign or unassign (but not both) any number of their politicians to or from one of agitating, smoothing, or squabbling.
withAs a Command action a CIC may reassign all of their politicians, giving an explicit number to be assigned to each of agitating, smoothing, and squabbling (with any omitted assumed to be zero).
-
Remove
As a Command action a CIC may assign or unassign up to two of their techs to the space race.
-
Remove
As a Command action a CIC may assign or unassign (but not both) any number of spies to or from spying on another CIC. All spies from one specific CIC spying on another specific CIC constitute an espionage mission.
and a new subrule, titled “Spies”:As a Command action a CIC may reassign all of their spies, naming each CIC that should be spied on and how many spies are assigned to spy on that CIC. All spies from one specific CIC spying on another specific CIC constitute an espionage mission.
- We don’t have the space race anymore,
- The spies rule is hanging out in a weird place, and
- I get a lot of ambiguous politician/spy assignments, if an assignment inherently reassigns everyone it’s easier for everyone to keep track of the assignment state.

Looks good but not voting just yet to not lock it just in case. Provisional greentick.
