Story Post: [Competition] Patience Test

The first Befuddled to comment on this contest wins. Their reward is as follows:

If the first comment is made with 24 hours of the contest being posted, no prize is awarded.
If the first comment is made between one and two days after the contest is posted then the winning Befuddled may transfer 1 IQ from Josh to themselves.
If the first comment is made between two and three days after the contest is posted then the winning Befuddled may transfer 2 IQ from Josh to themselves.
If the first comment is made between three and four days after the contest is posted then the winning Befuddled may transfer 5 IQ from Josh to themselves.
If the first comment is made between four and five days after the contest is posted then the winning Befuddled may transfer 10 IQ from Josh to themselves.
If the first comment is made between five and six days after the contest is posted then the winning Befuddled may transfer 15 IQ from Josh to themselves.
If the first comment is made between six and seven days after the contest is posted then the winning Befuddled gains a medal.
If no comment is made within seven days of the contest being posted then Josh may award himself a medal and close the contest.

I suppose so. It’s a story post, though, so “open” and “closed” don’t really have to mean anything.

But I got my free medal out of it so I’m not complaining.
