Proposal: Coneheads

Timed out and enacted, 4-2. Josh

Adminned at 04 Feb 2023 18:02:17 UTC

In the rule It’s About The Cones, change

Any Settler who has four Cones in their Settlement has achieved Victory.

to

The Victory Assessment is made as follows:

* Any Settler with four Cones of different Factions in their Settlement is a Suzerain.
* If, at the conclusion of the most recent Production of Resources action, there was a single Suzerain then then that Suzerain has achieved Victory, and no other Settler may become Suzerain.
* If there is more than one Suzerain then the Suzerain with the most Iron has achieved Victory, all other Suzerains cease to be Suzerains, and no other Settler may become Suzerain.
* If two or more Suzerains are tied for the most Iron then the tied Suzerain with the smallest sum total of other non-Iron Items in their Stockpile has achieved Victory, all other Suzerains cease to be Suzerains, and no other Settler may become Suzerain.

Avoiding timing clashes at the end.

Small typo in the second bullet: “, and and no other Settler may become Suzerain.”

Hm, actually looks like the error was copy-pasted into each bullet except the first

Also, do you need to include the phrase “at the conclusion of the most recent Production of Resources action” into the third and fourth bullets? Either that, or add a “Victory Assessment” step to the bulleted list in “The Dice Deck” rule to tie it to the PoR.

I don’t think so; this isn’t an action, it can happen by automatic process
