Proposal: Conferences

Add a new rule, “Conferences”:

Each Manager has a Conference, tracked in the GNDT as a cardinal direction.

against I’m not against this, but there is currently no reason to track this.  Perhaps once some idea of how to win is accepted this idea could be reintroduced.

Disclaimer: Despite what everyone might think from the theme, I’m also not a sports person. But I think it’s usually groups of teams that usually play each other more often than teams outside of their conference, and sometimes each conference might have a championship game/tournament within the conference?
