Replace “If no Gambler has changed their own Wager, changed their own Hustle or Spun the Wheel within the past 12 hours” with:-
If no Gambler has changed their own Wager, changed their own Hustle, or Spun or otherwise modified the Wheel within the past 12 hours
A change in the Wheel’s composition should probably give everyone the opportunity to rethink their Wagers.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
