Alter the text of the next legal proposal after this one in the queue to say
Add an Impulse entitled “Hello” to the ruleset, with the following text:
X is a silly fellow
except replace X with the name of the Voice who made this proposal
The next legal proposal posted may not be self-killed or deleted.
If this proposal passes, your Proposal will get this text. Then if it passes, the next one will get it. And it can cascade all the way up the queue…
Actually, the first sentence isn’t copied, so only the first one copy.
also, by the way, we should note that as soon as this proposal alters the text of the next legal proposal, that proposal no longer alters another proposal, so will be illegal.

I’d be happy to get the chicken to help us out, but I think I’m still not allowed to do so.
The chicken rule doesn’t seem to have been changed to enable me, although a proposal to that effect did pass…
The 2.3.3 rule now says “(...) a Voice may occasionally move the Chicken to any other point inside any other rule” (I enacted it and forgot to correct the wording). BTW,
