Proposal: Conversion

Add a subrule to Cities titled “Conversion”:

The “Pantheon” entry in the Cities Wiki shall now reflect the Pantheon that has the greatest (as figured below) number of Temples in that City.

A City is controlled by a Pantheon if it has the greatest number of Temples in that City. If no Pantheon has a clear majority, the City is then controlled by the Pantheon of the deity that created it. The Pantheon of the original deity that created the City may count an extra one-half virtual Temple in that City for their total with respect to control.

When an individual Deity is calculating eir Temple count for Godhead, e may count an extra Temple for each City that eir Pantheon controls.

against We’re going the wrong way, here.  We’re all old, established gods, mostly ones that have been forgotten.  In decline, the end of the world approches. 

I’d be in favour of a system whereby we all got /given/ 15 cities/temples/whatever and then they slowly got destroyed
