Remove the text “This extends to exerting full control over the actions of another Tripper, defined here as the controlled Tripper’s game behavior being functionally indistinguishable from if the controlling Tripper was logged into their account and playing through it, over a period of more than a day.” from Fair Play.
wtf does “functionally indistinguishable” even mean?
I know this was only recently passed, but it’s terrible rule writing, and if this proposal fails I will show you exactly why.

First off, rude; I wrote that proposal and I’m right here, thanks.
Second of all, sure, you can scam it, but the point of Fair Play isn’t to be air tight; it’s to give the other players a means of remediation in the face of something that quorum players have decided is an abuse. If you get core rule scams legalised again then maybe it’s a problem, but until then I’m fine with some slightly sloppy wording in exchange for clarity of intent on this.
