Proposal: [Core] Adjustment

Amend:

Section Two contains the rules of the current dynasty;

to

Section Two contains the Dynastic Rules;

I’d argue that the “rules of the current dynasty” also includes the non-dynastic rules, because they’re of use in any dynasty, therefore the current one too, however the wording seems to imply that solely the rules of Section 2 are the ones relevant in a particular dynasty.

So, adjusting that to something more plain and clear.

against (1) because I don’t want to make core changes with only 4 people and (2) because without this there’s no casual plain-English description of what Dynastic Rules are - maybe “Section Two contains the Dynastic Rules, the rules of the current dynasty” ?

FYI this is still set to get enacted after Hiatus ends, unless Diabecko vetoes it in the Ascension Address.

against Pokes is right. Core changes should be voted on by more players (and more experienced than me). Maybe this can be reproposed later on with an additional explanation of what the dynastic rules are.
