Call for Judgment: [Core] No More Co-Regents

In the rule “Dynasties”, remove the following text, if it exists:

The following Participants are the Masterminds: “ais523”, “Josh”.

In the rule “Dynasties”, remove the following text, if it exists:

The following Participants are the Monarchples: “ais523”, “Josh”.

It’s unfortunate that we hard-coded the co-regents without a mechanism to automatically remove them. I doubled-up the instructions in case the synonyms get changed before this CfJ is enacted.

There is a mechanism to remove them, it’s in Imperial Tracking in the Appendix. Has that mechanism broken somehow?

I think the sentence should be / has already been changed to “The following Participant is the Monarchpie: “Raven1207.”

Ah, then we can blame this on Josh:

The player who Enacted it updates the rule “Dynasties” as specified in “Imperial Tracking”.

In fact, the way the rule is written, I’m not sure anyone else is allowed to change it, as it’s explicitly stated “the player who Enacted it”.

Except via CfJ of course.

There’s an Appendix rule for that, too, in “Representations of the Gamestate”:

“If a Participant feels that a representation of the gamestate (such as a wiki page) does not match the gamestate, they may (...) Alter the representation to match what they believe to be the correct application of an incorrectly-applied alteration. This may include completing incomplete actions on behalf of the original Participant, if doing so would not require the correcting Participant to make any decisions on behalf of the original Participant.”

So it’s possible for anyone to fix it on behalf of Josh (and I did so a while ago).

for Although I think this doesn’t actually do anything any more, it always makes sense to vote FOR on such CFJs in case someone else thinks that it does.
