In the subrule “Weaponised Psyonics”, add the following text at the end of the first paragraph:

If any of the Symbol Names in the private message do not match an existing Avatar at the time the private message was sent, the Ascendant shall, as soon as is practical after receiving the message, generate a Portent containing the the name of the Mindjacker who sent the private message and any flavour text of the Ascendant’s choosing, except that the flavour text for this Portent must not contain the name of any other Mindjacker.

against i don’t like that this reveals unsuccessful cloaked assassinations so directly, and i think that it ought to include some sort of suggestion or direction for the flavour text besides.
