Although it’s ambiguous as to whether it’s continuous or instantaneous.  I.e., if someone gains Methodology WHILE there are more Sheep than Voices, does he keep it until Sheep go down and then up again?  Or is Methodology impossible to possess at all while Sheep > Voices?

Looks to me like Methodology is obliterated at the moment of any change in Sheep where the result is greater than voices——- even if it’s going from 5 more to 4 more.  But that might be disputable.
