In the rule “Timing Out”, replace the text “if that Storyteller has not posted an entry or comment in the past 96 hours (4 days), and if the Publisher has also” with the text “if the Publisher has”.
This removes the issue where a Storyteller can remain unidle by commenting or voting on the blog but not taking any dynastic actions. Since we already have a core rule that deals with lack of blog activity, it may make more sense for this dynastic time out rule to only be concerned with dynastic actions.
