Proposal: Credit Card Fraud

To “No Lame Scams”, add:-

Within proposals and within text under the heading “List of Cards”, a word only refers to the name of a Wizard if it is explicitly stated that it refers to a Wizard’s name.

The appendix rule about names only covers rules, not proposals. I’m not sure we need to override that forever, but we certainly do for this dynasty.

(Also, card has just proposed that card effects shouldn’t count as ruletext.)

Normally, I’d say this was onerous. But for this game… yeah, lets distinguish between cards and the wizard named card.

not just the effects but all of the text under List of Cards.
I guess I could have made a scam where a card somehow gave me an advantage when it was referring to the card piece but I can’t think of too many situations where my username and the object card overlap without being differentiated by context. I defiantly couldn’t achieve victory that way. I did propose that nobody could play or draw cards in the same proposal so I hope that at least convinces some people that I’m not trying to attempt a scam based off of this.
