Para/Alpha/Prime Rulesets are explicitly parts of the Dynastic Ruleset and not the WHOLE Ruleset. So that’s good.

I’m not sure that the order works here, if there is any order (I assume there is, though). After the Para Ruleset’s definition is repealed, how can you change its title? You can’t. So the process is broken.

Yes, definitely, but my point is that the definition of Para/Alpha/Prime is contained within those Rulesets themselves.

Once gone, there is no rule that says that they exist, so they don’t exist anymore. I can see how you could see it otherwise, but I’m going by the view that the regular Ruleset alludes to; which seems to need to declare itself and its parts in §Ruleset and Gamestate. Why have it otherwise?

Huh. Actually, as written, this isn’t an atomic action. That means these steps don’t have to be performed sequentially, or even in order. The admin could simultaneously perform steps 1 and 2, or even perform step 3 first and then wipe dynastic rules as a matter of course.

Which now makes me wonder if Josh has scam plans dependent on this concept, but I can’t see what they would be. Yet.
