Add a new rule to the ruleset, titled “Rubber Ducky Time”:

Each Partygoer has a publicly tracked amount of points, which is an integer value that defaults to 0.

There exists a single Rubber Ducky, which may either be in the possession of the Host, or in the possession of any single Partygoer, and defaults to being in possession of the Host.
