After “The Vote will count as the same as the Victorious Blognomicker’s Vote†add “If a Blognomicker votes DEFERENTIAL on his own proposal, and the Victorious Blognomicker votes against, the proposal counts as being self-killed.â€
Since Vitamin K passed. Also, making it a proposal because there was no real reason to make it a CfJ.

Ah. Wasted proposal slot if you ask me. You could’ve just posted it in comments to the CFJs.
The CfJs could both fail, but if one passes, this proposal will add the clarification a second time. If the other passes, this proposal will contradict it…
muiro: This has been self-killed; there is no need for more votes (there isn’t a way to make this pass anyway).
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
