You stole that rule from Agora, didn’t you? It’s relatively interesting but leads to an interesting scam when combined with a particular common sort of rule. (I won’t spill the beans, because I may want to exploit it some day.) AGAINST this one, anyway, because the rule seems broken due to the example. I suggest you self-kill and submit a corrected version, then I’ll probably vote FOR.
