In the rule “Subroutines”, replace “As a daily action, the Computer may process the Subroutine at the start of its queue” with:-
As a daily action, the Computer may process a randomly-chosen Subroutine from its queue (selecting it privately without using the GNDT dice)
Randomising the Subroutine queue would remove one of Ais523’s timing concerns.
This keeps S33R an L0GS from being useful; the former gives advance warnings of some subroutines that might show up after an arbitrary delay and the latter can’t be timed at 5 after the previous one.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
