Proposal: Democratic restrictions on the veto

Proposed new rule to be added to section “2.4 Popularity” as “2.4.3 Democratic restrictions on the veto”.

If the Coach decides to Veto a proposal, e shall have one of the following applied to emself, at eir choice. If e cannot apply a rule without going below 0, the Veto will be rendered void.

* Lose one popularity point
* TP cut in half (rounded down)
* Subtract 2 from one attribute

For starters,  against the veto is used as a safety measure to stop broken proposals at the last minute, it shouldnt be able to be turned off.

And even if it could, your intention here dosn’t work, since 0/2 round down is 0, and does not go below 0.

I need the veto to kill proposals like this without any side affects. veto (There is no way this would pass even without the veto, and I am a fan of irony =P)
