hrm… does the “min of -1” make devil stronger or weaker? It does mean you can Verme the devil. But overall I think this makes the devil a bit too weak.

For the purposes of Arias, this is like playing a six. So its not very good at blocking Arias, it doesn’t help blocking Vermes, and while it possibly disrupts Toros and -2 its still very possible to still complete a Toro. As such, while I agree the current devil probably needs to be fixed this might be too weak?

Well, the only realistic way to Verme the Devil here is to have three Arcana, the -1 is just a little flavor.

This Devil is less Luciferian and more like getting hassled by an Imp. It’s possible to complete a Toro. But there’s a good chance it’ll wreck someone’s plans and make them mad. Also, even if it’s significantly weaker it’s still, at worst, easily better than the Universos and I’d want it over Lightning, maybe even over World.

@Jumble is it? Devil’s top-tier Arcana I think. Puts an easy stop to any Toros and Arias.

Aces can also Verme the Devil now.
