Add a new subrule to the rule “Spells”. Call it “Transmute Card” and give it the following text:
Difficulty Level: DIV 1, ALC 1
Effect:If the target Nomich card is held by a Dormitory, the Headmaster shall replace it with a random other legal card. If the target Nomich card is also in a play, the Headmaster post the result in a comment to the challenge containing that play, and the play is amended to use the new card in place of the targetted one.
