Proposal: Discussion of *censored* will not be tolerated

Create a new Dynastic rule with ORANGE clearance.  Call it “Taboo Topics” and give it the following text:

A non-Proposal, non-CfJ blog post is Treasonous if it contains the words “paranoia”,  “paranoid” or “communist”, the phrases “secret society” or “mutant power”, or any mention of a Clearance above Ultraviolet.  It is also treasonous to mention or discuss the contents of rules 3.5.1 or 3.5.2.
