If the Proposal titled “Clan Mitosis” failed, this Proposal does nothing.
Add to rule “Clans”:
As a weekly action, any clansman may spend 5 Honor to change their clan to Null.
for flavor reasons. Clan Lords should not be able to abandon their Clans like this.

If a Clan Lord wishes to drop his clan, then he should at least lose Clan Lord status, resulting in the appropriate penalties thereof.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
