Other than the submission of this CfJ, actions taken by redtara between the submission and enactment of “The Hunt for Red Octara” are invalid.
y’all the point is to prevent redtara from scamming based off of the other cfj which could legalize some hypothetical illegal actions of theirs
This doesn’t do anything to prevent the possible scam it’s meant to be in reference to (where Red Octara is used to validate Redtara posting and illegally enacting a CfJ of “Redtara wins”).
If this CfJ passes before Red Octara, then nothing changes: Red Octara can still validate any official post that was invalidated here.
If this CfJ would pass after, then the scam - if it works - can be trivially expanded to “Redtara wins, also fail the Distraint CfJ”.
