Add the following to the list of Shadows:

• Tragedy - A Reader with Tragedy may, once per dynasty, put all Unrevealed Cards into any Reader’s Discard pile. A Reader with Tragedy may not make a Declaration of Victory.
• Trepidation - A Reader with Trepidation may, once per dynasty, send a private message to the High Arcanist requesting to see Shadows; the High Arcanist should respond as soon as possible with a list of all active Readers and any Shadows they have. A Reader with Trepidation may not choose to gain an Aura as a result of an active Card effect.

For each Reader who includes the word “shadow” in their EVC on this proposal, as soon as possible after it is enacted, the High Arcanist must select a random Shadow via a private method of their choice and assign it to that Reader.
