Upon this proposal’s passing the Fourth Metadynasty begins immediately. All pending proposals fail.

Change all instances in the ruleset of “DDA Member” to “Player” and of “DDA Commander” to “Victor”.

Repeal all current dynastic rules and create a new one entitled “Contestants” with text “Only contestants may declare victory. Rodlen and Yoda are contestants.”

Create a second dynastic rule entitled “Factions” with text “Players’ faction is tracked in the GNDT. Any non-contestant player may change their faction to the name of any contestant or to ‘neutral’ at any time.” Set Yoda’s faction to “Yoda” and Rodlen’s faction to “Rodlen”. Set all other player’s faction to “neutral”.
