CRUCIAL
In the pending proposal “Manuscripting”, change the text “each scored three times” to “each scored exactly three times”.
It’s possible that RaichuKFM or I will end up with FOUR non-SPK projects by the time Manuscripting passes, in which case the result is a 50% chance of a DoV race where one side would have won without the proposal.
this doesn’t stop my proposal from passing though. just from failing, right?
Right. (Which, fun fact, in the Dynasty that was from, wouldn’t jam the queue, as Proposals could resolve out of order if a quorum of EVCs had 
‘s.)
