If the Rule “Manor Plan” does not exist, this Proposal does nothing.
Add a dynastic rule entitled: “No one will mind” with the following text:
Each guest may posses Worldly Goods, which are tracked in the GNDT column “Possessions”
If a guest is alone in a room that contains a Worldly Good, and if the lights are on, that guest may, as a daily action, steal that Worldly Good. When a Worldly Good is stolen, that Worldly Good is added to the guest’s list of possessions, but is not removed from the room.
Two guests may each posses a copy of the same Worldly Good, but no guest may posses more than one of each Worldly Good.
Initially, guests posses no Worldly Goods.
Also add a sub-rule entitled: “Thingies” with the following text
The Attic contains the Worldly Good “Paintings”
The Master Bedroom contains the Worldly Good “Bonds”
The Study contains the Worldly Good “Manuscripts”
The Lounge contains the Worldly Good “Radio”
The Library contains the Worldly Good “Stained Glass”
The Dining Room contains the Worldly Good “China”
The Kitchen contains the Worldly Good “Silver”
The Parlor contains the Worldly Good “Piano”
The Basement contains the Worldly Good “Cessna”
I figure we are here to listen to the will and get things, not kill each other. Let the murderer kill people. Also I added the “Alone in the room”, and the “lights on” clauses to give people incentive to spread out and to prevent grinding.
