Proposal: Don’t Shoot! (again?)

If the proposal “You yellow bastard…” passes, change the sentence in the rule “Gunslinging” that reads “As a Weekly action, any Player may challenge any other Player to a Shootout by making a post to the main blog to that effect.” to “As a Weekly action, any Healthy Player may challenge any other Healthy Player to a Shootout by making a post to the main blog to that effect.”

A wounded man can still shoot with his other hand.  Maybe not as well, but it doesn’t take much to pull a trigger.  ;)

You guys voted for this last time (“Don’t Shoot”).  This is just a reproposal of a fix that was left out of a previous proposal.  Why are you all of a sudden against it?

against I voted against before, and again now. I think maybe a wounded person might automatically lose the draw, but it’s reasonable to shoot again. And I don’t think we should have death in this game, so wounded people should just stay wounded.
