In “Unlife”, replace “While a Vampire Lord is Bloodthirsty, they may not Explore Rooms or Engrave Sigils.” with:-
While a Vampire Lord is Bloodthirsty, they may not perform any Power Actions except Devastation.
Why? Distillation sounds like the kind of precision work that a vampire shouldn’t attempt while hangry.
I think the current version of this proposal is fine; you can always devastate and then distil, and it helps to enforce the soft cap on Puissance.
Seems reasonable, but I think we need a way to get effects back into rooms. Otherwise the crypt could become rather empty rather fast

bc on second thought i’d rather have it be limited to devastation and one smaller alternative, so that ppl aren’t universally forced to make the crypt more boring when they hit 11+ puissance
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
