If there is a sub-rule of “Hard Rules” called “Chronotohms” add the following to the list of ways a Time Monk may expend Chronotohms

For 2 Chronotohms, the time Monk May say their Occupied Dynasty to any Dynasty which another Time Monk who does not Posses a Temporal Cloak is currently occupying

Add the following subrule to the Hard Rules called “Inventory” with the following text

Each Time Monk may possess a number of items which effect the gamestate in various ways. Each item has a unique key listed in parenthesis after the item name. Items are tracked in the GNDT as a list of keys, seperated by a comma. If a Time Monk Possess an item, the items key must appear in their Item list. If a Time Monk does not Possess an item, the item’s key must not appear in their item list.
