If the Proposal “[UN] Slipping Away” failed, this Proposal does nothing. Otherwise, in the Rule “Drain”, replace all instances of the number 50 with the number 10.
Balancing “Drain” in the improbable event of it passing, because its a wee bit powerful.
Nope, just abusing the un-vetoable clause while it lasted. Not that this would get vetoed since it helps the Despot.
I spent already and am too lazy to go back and unspend, whether or not this requires spending. 
Per Clucky, the fact that increasing the amount later would most likely fail, and that another fix can pass before this becomes relevant.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
