Add the following to the end of the Rule “Flunkies”:
* Oil Wells - Drilling Action - The using Oligarch awards every Oligarch five power.
* Refinery - Sabotage Action - The using Oligarch reduces the Power of every Oligarch by five, to a minimum of zero.
Thoughts?
So does having a Flunky at Home prevent an Oligarch from being affected by either of these?

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.

I kinda think that Refinery should be every *other* Oligarch, but I’m good with it as is.
