I enacted the rule by updating the wiki and update the gamestate tracking, but seems like the post to actually enact the proposal never went through. Without this, I think the threshold target should still be 400 as it would mean the proposal didn’t actually get enacted until just now. But I’d rather play on as if it had been enacted when I intended it to be.
