Proposal: Dynamic Endgame

In the rule Open House, in the bullet that starts “If an Offer was accepted during this Open House”, change the 3 to a 5 and then the 2 to a 3.

In the rule Whose to Sell, add the following to the end of the last sentence of the second paragraph:

, and 2 RP.

Refocusing the game on buying and selling houses for the last week; particularly by giving some incentive to player to start Auctions, which at the moment are strictly disincentivised.

And lockdown any of my Auctions by increasing your bid by 1 every 24 hours? It’s a good use of your 43 (soon 64) Bucks, but a terrible deal for me.  against

Ok, it’s not terrible. I could make a few bucks and maybe block your Auctions, too. But it’s unfavorable, so I’m still voting against.

@Silverwing, that’s surprising to me—how much RP do you estimate being gained from this in the next five days before the dynasty ends? Do you think the RP gained would create a disadvantage for you?

@Brendan No, I guess maybe I feel like this dynasty is incomplete because I came in late. I do feel like a lot can happen in 5 days though.
