You can’t edit this proposal now that you’ve voted on it, but some feedback anyway:

* Creating a new ruleset section contradicts Rule 1.1’s claim that the ruleset has “four sections”. It would also stick around at the end of the dynasty until we removed it manually with another proposal.

* If you want “Rules and Subrules in Tower-Covering Dynastic Rules are not Zones and cannot be referred as such” to be a rule of the game, you have to put it into the ruleset somewhere, it’s not clear that you’re doing that.

* “if a Quorum of players comment “ok”, then do nothing in addition to this proposal” doesn’t match your bracketed example, it just says that “nothing in addition” happens under a certain condition.

since I don’t think we need both “Dynastic Rules” and “Tower-Covering Dynastic Rules” sections. I can see your point that we might want to distinguish between rules which have Zones and rules which don’t, but we could just give the latter type a different kind of tag, or something.

Not sure what the rider is intended to do, here.
