Create a new rule “chainmail”

Each breeder as a daily action, can increase there chainmail by half the amount of cookies they have at any one time during that day. This is to be tracked in the GNDT under the column chainmail.

Give 10 chainmail to the Dragonmaster for each person who votes FOR this proposal!

imperial what does chainmail do, and is the enacting admin allowed to correct the grammatical errors?

is the chainmail on the breeder, or the dragon?

unfortunately gramatical errors are not allowed to be fixed by the enacting admin, only typos.

against Yeah, rather than some armor for the breeder, we need to propose health points (or something equivalent) for the dragon first.
